Are you aware that Pattern Energy has filed a 180 day Industrial Wind Turbine filing with the PSA? The PSC rejected their original filing in August as it was sloppily put together and presented, which is why they submitted the new one in September.
Please review the attached MAP that reveals Pattern Energy’s MASS INFRINGEMENT of Industrial Wind Turbine Sitings and Infrastructure into the Wisconsin DNR’s Southwest Savanna Regional Master Plan. Note that the Focus, Bird Conservation and also the CORE areas have all been compromised by this Company headquartered in San Francisco CA.
This cannot be allowed. This is in direct conflict with the Wisconsin State Natural Resources that the DNR is responsible for protecting. Time/effort/monies spent by the DNR on the SW WI Savana who is supported by taxpayers along with the investments made by landowners/citizens who are large contributors to the SW WI Savanna are under attack.
