PUBLIC MEETING – THURS, August 15, 2024 Belmont Convention Center, Belmont, WI
The public is invited to an informational meeting at the Belmont Convention Center at 7 pm on Thursday, August 15. An expert panel will discuss the implications that industrial-scale energy projects have already had in SW Wisconsin. They’ll share their stories of how wind turbines have impacted the health of their families. They will also answer questions about state regulations and the current lack of local power to dictate how close these projects can be located to your home.
